Alone|
Neglected|
Centuries and decades past my present|
Abstract imagery displays on the canvas of my painting|
Stereo speaks through wires crisscrossing|
Ending in one single strand of connection|
Alive yet deemed helpless|
Wise words lead to vast gestures|
Mime tricks lead the mouth into motionless silence|
Neglecting passages of taxing injections|

This poem seems like it's coming from the words of a forgotten musician or artist of some sort. It's quite sad. It also feels like the musician/artist has been misunderstood. Very interesting poem. I have always had that certain fear; of making music, writing a book, or poetry that ends up totally neglected and/or misunderstood.
